The Formula32 conveyor belt is durable, flexible, and is compatible with a wide variety of 3D printing materials. This belt is sized to fit the EnderLoop.
For PLA, we recommend a bed temperature of 65-75C. For PETG and TPU, we recommend a bed temperature of 75-85C.
We recommend applying a thin layer of glue stick to the conveyor belt. When printing PLA, this helps the prints stick to the conveyor belt. When printing PETG, it acts as a release agent to prevent PETG sticking too much to the conveyor belt, and causing the top PET layer to tear. If tearing still occurs, increasing the speed of outer contour that contacts the conveyor belt may help.
The conveyor belt should be installed so that the smoothest, green-tinted side will be printed on.
Dimensions: 148x655x0.5mm
Dimensions are approximate and may differ slightly between conveyor belts due to being made by hand with love.
To avoid any possible confusion: This listing is just for the conveyor belt that is compatible with the EnderLoop project. It is not a complete kit to modify an Ender 3 into a conveyor belt 3D printer.
Each conveyor belt comes with a few strips of PET tape to join the belt together according to these instructions:
